Wushu
Originating in China over 4,000 years ago, wushu is time-honoured, rich in content and diversified in forms. In its age long process of development “wushu”, “gongfu”,”Kungu fu”.
Wushu, or Kung is a hard soft and complete martial art, as well as a full-contact sport it has a long history in reference to Chinese martial arts.
Uganda Zurkhaneh/Wushu Sports Federation affiliated to National Council of Sports, Ministry of Education and Sports and Uganda Olympic Committee.
